1.connect usb to your computer.goto desktop and right click on my computer and click on MANAGE
2.click on device manager and expand the disk drives in the left side pane.u will see your USB drive as shown in the figure
3.now right click on your USB drive under the DISK DRIVES and goto properties and then click on policies tab as shown in the figure
By default it set to "optimize for quick removal "
change it to "optimize for performance"
4.Thats it u have done now goto "My computer" and right click on your USB drive and click on FORMAT u will see NTFS file system in the drop down box
