Solution for taskbar and icon loading problem

Aren't you getting your icons and taskbar?Don't worry i have solution to get back your icons and taskbar as before. Simply follow these steps to get back your icons and task bar.
1.press control alt+alt+delete
2.Go to file option
3.click in New Task
4.type userinit or explorer
Thats it! you have done, you will get all your icons and taskbar as before.
